What is Carry Your Om and how is our yoga mat bag different from other bags on the market?

Carry Your Om’s yoga mat bag is a patent-pending design that incorporates a protective fabric liner into a zip-closure carrier system. The liner creates an interface between the top and bottom sides of mat during roll-up to reduce the transfer of dirt, dust, debris, etc.  

How do I take care of my Carry Your Om yoga mat bag?

Our yoga mat bag is made of performance fabric with water repellant. Water repellant begins to slowly fade after 8-10 washes. For laundering, machine wash warm on normal cycle. Tumble dry normal on low heat. Do not bleach.  Do not dry clean. If ironing, use low setting. 

Help, the zippers on my mat bag won't line up!

We admit there is a little finesse to using this bag, but you will quickly get the hang of it!  The bag is designed with a snug fit to keep the mat from telescoping out when zipped.  If you find your zippers are not lining up once rolled, try again but move the bottom edge of the liner about 1 to 2" from the bottom of the mat and try again.  Always make sure when you place the liner over the mat that the bottom zipper of the exterior cover lays just above the upper edge of the yoga mat. 

What do I do if my yoga mat curls?

You may find that your yoga mat has a bit of a curl to it if it has been stored in a rolled fashion.  No problem!   Just roll your mat the opposite direction for a minute or two and unroll.  

Is this yoga mat good for hot yoga?

While our TPE mat does have excellent traction and grip, we do not recommend for hot yoga or other activities where you will find yourself heavily perspiring.   

What is your warranty?
Carry Your Om offers a full 1-year warranty on its yoga mat bag. Should a defect occur in the zippers or hardware, please email customerservice@carryyourom.com. You will need your proof of purchase (email order confirmation or sales receipt) for warranty validation. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to improper washing and drying.
The warranty on all other products is 30 days per the return and exchange policy.

Where can I purchase?

Carry Your Om yoga mat bags are currently available through our website and at events/shows as announced on our website, social media, and in our Newsletter. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.  

Can I use a coupon on my purchase?

We permit one discount code per purchase unless otherwise stated. You can apply your code at checkout in the "discount code" text field on the right side of the window, on the first screen of checkout. Coupons are valid within the specified time frame and customer may use only one coupon per order. 

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Large orders of 10 yoga mat bags or more receive 15% their order. 

Do you offer gift cards?

Gift cards are not available at this time.

How do I cancel an order?

We regret that once an order has been placed, cancellation is not available. 

ORDER STATUS AND SHIPPING

What are shipping rates?

Carry Your Om offers free shipping with $50 purchase to addresses within the continental United States. Purchases less than $50 incur a flat rate $5.95 shipping charge for USPS 3 day priority mail. Please contact for shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as international deliveries. 

What are my options for faster shipping?

Expedited 2-Day and Overnight delivery is available from FedEx or UPS and calculated by package weight. Please contact customer service at customerservice@carryyourom.com for expedited delivery options. 

What is my order status?

You will receive a confirmation upon checkout with order number. Upon shipment, you will receive a second email with shipping details and tracking number. 

From where do you ship?

Orders are shipped from Texas. Most orders ship within 2 business days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard continental US delivery is 5-7 business days. 

How can I track my order?

Processing takes typically 2-3 business days. Once your purchase has been shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.  Should you not receive an email, please contact customerservice@carryyourom.com.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Can I return an item if I do not like it?

Yes, per our return policy you have 30 days from the date that you received your order to send products back to us for a refund, provided the item is in its original packaging, is unworn, unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Proof of purchase must be provided. After 30 days, the product is no longer eligible for return. Customer is be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item. Please contact customer service at customerservice@carryyourom.com to initiate a return. 

Can I make an exchange?

Yes, if you order an item that is not the correct size, please contact customerservice@carryyourom.com to initiate an exchange. Please not that all shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Carry Your Om provides detailed size charts for your convenience to assist in selecting the best size for your needs. If you have questions on sizing, please contact customer service prior to placing order. 

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

If your item was damaged during shipping, we will gladly exchange. Email a photo of the damaged item to customerservice@carryyourom.com along with your order number to initiate an exchange.
